The Amherst County School Board will hold a special meeting on Wednesday, June 17, 2026, to consider and act on the appointment and contract of the division's next superintendent.

The meeting will be held  in the Public Meeting Room of the School Administration Office, at 6:00 pm.

Immediately following the meeting, the Board will host a public meet and greet, giving families, staff, community members, and the media a chance to welcome the incoming superintendent.
