SERVICES
Our comprehensive approach to the delivery of information, resources, and wellness support helps school personnel navigate professional and personal life issues by addressing the full continuum of emotional and physical issues of an employee to improve well-being and performance.
TIER 1 UNIVERSAL
Professional development training sessions are available to all Amherst County Public School's personnel. Sessions are provided online and on location. Training modules address areas in the context of supporting teachers professionally and personally and include the following: Staff Wellness and Health, Student Mental Health, and Family System Support.
TIER 2 TARGETED
Our targeted approach supports school personnel interested in resources and feedback concerning the classroom setting.
TIER 3: INDIVIDUALIZED:
Our individualized approach helps an employee address an array of life challenges before they become distractions that affect home life as well as work performance.
